La particularit\u00e9 de cette formation \u00e9tait que les stagiaires r\u00e9sidaient durant 5 jours dans les locaux du Centre National Technique (CTN) et constituait en quelque sorte un stage bloqu\u00e9. Avec pour intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Cours jeunes talents arbitres\u00a0\u00bb cette initiative mettait en exergue \u00e0 la fois des cours th\u00e9oriques et de pratiques.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A cette occasion, il y a eu aujourd\u2019hui vers midi une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture au CTN ou ont pris part plusieurs responsable du comit\u00e9 directeur de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Il y avait notamment les Vice-pr\u00e9sidents M. Mohamed Yacin Yonis et M. Rouffa Mohamed, le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la FDF, M. Youssouf Ahmed Mahamoud, le pr\u00e9sident de la commission des arbitres Mohamed Moumin, le chef du d\u00e9partement des arbitres Aden Robleh qui est \u00e9galement instructeur de la CAF en arbitrage. Rappelons que les cours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9s par un groupe d\u2019experts nationaux comprenant notamment M. Mohamed Houssein Ali alias Gaboni, instructeur de la FIFA, M. Aden Robleh, M. Abdoulrachid Elmi et Mme. Hasna Abdallah.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u2019exprimant \u00e0 cet effet, le premier Vice-pr\u00e9sident de la FDF, M. Mohamed Yacin Yonis a soulign\u00e9 que cette initiative permet de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de jeunes arbitres Djiboutiens. A travers cette formation, ils viennent \u00e9galement d\u2019acquerir les connaissances et les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour bien arbitrer lors des rencontres de football des diff\u00e9rents championnats.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enfin, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, des certificats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aux participants. Il est \u00e0 souligner \u00e0 ce titre que chaque ann\u00e9e le d\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;arbitrage organise de nombreuses formations de ce genre et d&rsquo;autres de haut niveau et ceci dans le but de renforcer son potentiel humain dans ce domaine.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
