color: #000000;\">Gacheo a expliqu\u00e9 que le retrait du Scandinavian FC du Rwanda apr\u00e8s le premier tirage au sort le mois dernier, a contraint le CECAFA \u00e0 faire un mini tirage au sort pour placer les deux \u00e9quipes restantes dans le groupe A ou B.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';
